An Evening for Sight

Laissez les bons temps rouler this Mardi Gras!

We believe that with your help, doing good can be fun. So raise a glass to ensure no one is isolated because of visual impairment!

The poster is a hazy light purple background with a series of cubes in a honeycomb pattern stretching from the top right corner to the bottom left corner. Each cube is outlined in green and yellow, and purple. An elaborate mardi gras eye mask is centered near the top of the poster. Green glitter outlines the eyes and nose. Gold glitter filigrees trace the upper cheeks and forehead. Above the eyes, dark purple creates the feel of soft eyeshadow. On the upper left of the mask, seven gold feather shapes are highlighted with green and gold glitter and small jewels. From each side of the mask, the black tie trails. Mardi gras beads in various colors are tucked into the folds of the bands in loose nests. In the center of the poster is an illustration of The Original Knights of Swing Big Band stamped in purple. A piano player, upright bass, guitar player, a couple dancing, and several other band members. Below the band is a gold banner embossed with the words "Laissez les Bontemps roulez.” Yellow, green, blue, and purple puffy flowers peek out from behind the center of the banner. In the lower right corner, a small gold fleur-de-lis. Purple text, Fifteenth Annual Soiree Pour La Vue.
