
Jason Frazier
President and CEOjfrazier@mindseyeradio.org618-394-6447Jason Frazier has been with MindsEye since 2012 in various roles. He started as a part time board operator for the station, then transitioned to Community Outreach Coordinator in 2013 and then Development Director in 2015. In 2018, he became President and CEO.
When Jason is not at MindsEye he hosts a national combat sports podcast titled “Down Goes Frazier.” Jason typically spends his free time at home with his family in Mascoutah. Also has found time to double as Pre K-Kindergarten basketball and T-ball for his son Price’s teams.
The Cahokia, IL native graduated from Gibault Catholic High School and is a proud SIUE Mass Communications alum. He was a member of Focus St. Louis’ 2020-21 Leadership St. Louis class and was selected by the St. Louis Business Journal as one of its 2020 Diverse Business Leaders.

Angela Banks
Chief Operating Officerabanks@mindseyeradio.org618-394-6442With a longstanding commitment to making a difference in her community, Angela began her journey with MindsEye as a volunteer in 2008. After ten years of volunteering, she joined the staff team in December 2018. Angela has tirelessly worked to raise awareness about MindsEye’s mission and enhance accessibility throughout the St. Louis region.
Angela holds an MS in Gerontology from the UMSL, equipping her with valuable insights into the well-being and needs of diverse populations. Additionally, she earned a BS in Business Administration and Human Resources from SIUE, which has helped her develop a comprehensive understanding of organizational management.
While Angela invests her time and expertise in her nonprofit leadership role, she also cherishes her moments of leisure. In her free time, you might find her engrossed in a captivating book, skillfully crocheting intricate designs, nurturing her garden, or embarking on epic quests alongside her tabletop roleplaying game companions.

Mike Curtis
Director of Special Initiativesmcurtis@mindseyeradio.org618-394-6450Starting in July of 2015, Mike has had a major impact on some of our newest initiatives in every program we offer. He is the organizer of all aspects of the Adaptive Athletics program, helps coordinate day-to-day broadcast production, is head of accessible Daisy or NLS content, and lead technology expert for Audio Description equipment and implementation at venues.
Mike is SafeSport Certified and has Certificate of Completion for Concussion in Sports by the CDC and NFHS.
Mike has an AA Degree in Music Technology. He enjoys writing and recording music, playing video games, and heavily supports Pittsburgh sports teams.

Laura Foughty
Development and Communications Coordinatorlfoughty@mindseyeradio.org618-394-6221Laura joined the MindsEye team at the start of 2021 as Development and Communications Coordinator. She spent the previous 4 years as Events Coordinator at WASHU’s Mildred Lane Kemper Art Museum.
She has a B.A. in Biology and Theater from WASHU and considers herself both a scientist and artist at heart. A full-time professional actress for 10 years, she continues to teach and perform occasionally. She loves going on walks in her Webster Groves neighborhood with her husband and two energetic kiddos. She proudly guides runners who are blind or partially sighted through Achilles International- St. Louis.

Magan Harms
Art and Culture Directormharms@mindseyeradio.org618-394-6449Magan Harms joined the MindsEye staff as the Arts and Culture Coordinator in November of 2019 after volunteering as an audio describer since 2017 and winning Audio Describer of the Year in 2018. She leads MindsEye’s Audio Description Program and the Arts and Culture Accessibility Cooperative.
She holds a BFA in arts management. In addition to her work at MindsEye, she is an audio description script writer for 3Play Media and teaches hand embroidery continuing education courses at St. Louis Community College as well as writes an art history blog. She enjoys reading, stitching, snacking, studying, and is obsessive about Cardinals baseball.

Natalie Webb
Art and Accessibility Coordinatornwebb@mindseyeradio.org618-467-8549Natalie joined the team in January of 2023 as the Arts and Accessibility Coordinator. She first became passionate about the mission and work of MindsEye thanks to her previous role with community partner Language Access Multicultural People (LAMP).
She earned a B.A. in Strategic Communication from Maryville University. In her free time, she enjoys reading, drawing, and binge watching her latest shows.

Adam Clark
Administrative Assistantaclark@mindseyeradio.org618-394-6446Adam joined the MindsEye team in May of 2021, after moving back to St. Louis from L.A. in 2019. His background is in acting and film production and he has an Associate of Science in Television and Film Production, a Bachelor of Science in Entertainment Business, and a Master of Fine Arts in Creative Writing from Full Sail University in Orlando, Florida.
Adam has appeared in numerous short films and you may have caught a glimpse of him on Conan or in a commercial for MTailor.

Rodney Cotton
Program Assistantrcotton@mindseyeradio.org618-394-6444Rodney joined the MindsEye staff in April of 2021 to run the studio on weekends and act as a production assistant. During the week you can find him at his full-time job at Metrolighting or training Jiu Jitsu.
Rodney learned about MindsEye through Jason, who he met at an MMA match– Rodney was fighting, and Jason was covering the match for his podcast. The rest is history!
