This Know-Before-You-Go guide is meant to help you plan for your upcoming visit to The Marcelle for an audio described event. For questions related to audio description services, email AD@mindseyeradio.org.

Location
The Marcelle is located at 3310 Samuel Shepard Dr, St. Louis, MO 63103.
Parking
A free surface-level parking lot is located across Samuel Shepard Drive from The Marcelle. (There may be signs about paying through an app, but it is always free to folks attending events at The Marcelle.) Metered street parking is also in the vicinity.
Call-a-Ride, Ride Shares, Taxi
Ride shares can drop off and pick up in front of the entrance at 3310. The door is close to the corner of Samuel Shepard Boulevard and North Leonard Avenue.
Public Transportation
You can ride MetroBus #70 and take any of the several Grand stops. The #94 also has stops one block east of The Marcelle.
The Grand Metrolink station is about a 22-minute walk. We suggest that if you ride the Metro, you either take a ride service from there or consider taking the #70 bus to Grand and Franklin. Then walk back the direction you came a block and a half to Samuel Shepard Drive and turn left. You’ll cross N. Theresa Ave, pass The Big Top, cross over Josephine Baker Boulevard, and the Marcelle will be on your right.
Tickets and Will Call
The box office is to your left when you enter the building, facing the same direction as the door. Patrons will need to go up the stairs in front of them or the ramp to the right onto the main lobby level, then turn back towards the door.
Upon entering the Marcelle, there is a small set of stairs directly ahead of a ramp to the right that will bring you to the main lobby level. Everything is located on this level. Seating may include risers, so patrons should contact the box office if they need to reserve floor-level seats.
Audio Description Devices
You may pick up your devices right next to the box office.
A MindsEye representative will need an ID to exchange for the device. We will keep your ID during the performance and return it to you when you return the device after the performance. AD receivers are small, handheld devices. They have a standard size headphone jack, and you are strongly encouraged to bring your own headphones. Sanitized headphones can also be provided at no cost. These headsets are yours to take with you and bring back next time.
Restrooms
The restrooms are located just off the lobby in a short hallway at the top of the entrance ramp to the right.
Service Animal Policy
Service animals are welcome at The Marcelle. Please let the box office know when purchasing your ticket(s) so an appropriate seat is reserved to accommodate your guide or service dog.
