This Know-Before-You-Go guide is meant to help you plan for your upcoming visit to The Grandel for an audio described event. For questions related to audio description services, email AD@mindseyeradio.org.

Location
The Grandel is located at 3601 Grandel Square, St. Louis, MO 63103.
Due to the number of stairs at the front of the building, it is strongly advised you enter through the accessible entrance. Accessible parking and entrance are around the block on the south side of the building down the alley off of Grand Blvd.
Parking
Ample Street parking exists in front of the main entrance, as well as local parking garages in the surrounding blocks. Please note that 45-degree angle parking, with the rear passenger wheel to the curb, is required in front of the venue.

Call-a-Ride, Ride Shares, Taxi
The best drop-off location is at the accessible entrance. Accessible parking and entrance are around the block on the south side of the building down the alley off of Grand Blvd.
Public Transportation
The closest bus stop is at Franklin and Grand. Head southwest on N Grand Blvd crossing Delmar Blvd then turn right on Grandel Square. The Grandel is the first building on the left.
The Grand MetroLink Station is just two blocks from Grand Center Arts District, both the blue and red lines. Starting from the upper level, travel south on South Grand/Father Biondi SJ Way, the most direct route is to follow Grand and turn left on Grandel Square. The Grandel is the first building on the left. Please be advised that this is a high-traffic area with multiple crossings. We suggest using a rideshare option from the Metrolink to The Grandel, about a mile from the Metrolink.
Tickets and Will Call
From the accessible entrance, the box office is straight ahead, passing the bar on your right.
Audio Description Devices
From the accessible entrance, the box office is straight ahead, passing the bar on your right. You will pass the MindsEye ambassador before entering the theater.
A MindsEye representative will need an ID to exchange for the device. We will keep your ID during the performance and return it to you when you return the device after the performance. AD receivers are small, handheld devices. They have a standard size headphone jack, and you are strongly encouraged to bring your own headphones. Sanitized headphones can also be provided at no cost. These headsets are yours to take with you and bring back next time.
Restrooms
The restrooms are not on the main level. Before entering the theater, turn left to the elevator and go downstairs. The elevator is opposite a large set of stairs. Once downstairs, turn right, avoiding a coat rack ahead of you. The restroom signs are not Braille. The women’s is on the left, the men’s to the right.
Service Animal Policy
Service animals are welcome at The Grandel. Please let the box office know when purchasing your ticket(s) so an appropriate seat is reserved to accommodate your guide or service dog.
