This Know-Before-You-Go guide is meant to help you plan for your upcoming visit to Busch Stadium for an audio described event. For questions related to audio description services, email AD@mindseyeradio.org.

This page is not affiliated with the venue and is meant to assist audio description patrons. If you have questions about the venue, please contact them directly via the information at the bottom of this page.

Location

Gate 3 Busch Stadium is located at 320 S. 8th Street.

Parking

The closest accessible parking spaces to Gate 3 are at iParkit-Stadium West Parking Garage: (314) 421-2613. Transportation carts or wheelchairs (subject to availability) will pick up guests at stadium entrances and escort them to and from their seats. No transport carts are allowed to leave the perimeter of Busch Stadium.

Call-a-Ride, Ride Shares, Taxi

8th Street, north of Gate 3 in front of the ticket windows. If the street is already blocked by police or security, please inform the drivers to let them know they are trying to reach the ADA pick-up/drop-off zone.

Public Transportation

The Busch Stadium Metrolink stop is directly across 8th Street. You will cross at the corner of 8th and Clark Street which takes you directly to Busch Stadium. The ticketing windows will be in front of you to the right, as will the Gate 3 entrance.

Tickets and Will Call

8th Street Ticket Windows, just north of Gate 3. These windows are open Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM. They are also open for all home games from 9:00 AM until two hours after scheduled game time.

Audio Description Devices

Pick up devices inside the park to the immediate left of Gate 3. If you pick up your tickets to the left of Gate 3 at the ticketing windows and enter in the first gate, the ambassador will be to your immediate left after you go through the metal detectors and enter the concourse before you enter the seating area.

A MindsEye representative will need an ID to exchange for the device.  We will keep your ID during the performance and return it to you when you return the device after the performance. AD receivers are small, handheld devices.  They have a standard size headphone jack, and you are strongly encouraged to bring your own headphones.  Sanitized headphones can also be provided at no cost.  These headsets are yours to take with you and bring back next time.

Restrooms

There is a woman’s restroom at 163, there are men’s and women’s at 156 as well as a family restroom.

Service Animal Policy

Service dogs (or other service animals expressly authorized under applicable law) that are trained to perform work or tasks for the benefit of a person with a disability are welcome at Busch Stadium.
