Player Selection Criteria

First 25 players are decided through the point scoring system. Points are accumulated by accomplishments in regionals and World Series. Top 25 players in points from March 26th – August 8th are automatic qualifiers.

Fifteen players will be selected at large by committee within 7 days of the completion of the WS. The committee will put together a top 24 at large list.

After automatic qualifiers have been determined and at large players have been chosen there will be a 72 hour fan vote to select the final two all stars. The pool of players to select from will come from the players on the at large list outside of the fourteen players that were chosen.

Players not selected by fan vote are the first set of alternates.
