This Know-Before-You-Go guide is meant to help you plan for your upcoming visit to Energizer Park for an audio description event. For questions related to audio description services, email AD@mindseyeradio.org.

Location & General Venue Information
Energizer Park is located at 2100 Market Street, St. Louis, MO 63103. It is a cashless facility.
Parking

St. Louis Parking offers parking passes for lots Northwest, Southwest, and Southeast of CITYPARK. Passes are linked for each lot in the District Map.
Ballpark Village offers shuttling to and from CITYPARK on matchday all season long. Fees apply.
Call-A-Ride, Ride Shares, Taxi
There are block parties before each match, making it difficult to get close to the stadium. CITY SC suggests drop-off and pick-up at Locust between 20th and 21st Streets.
From Public Transportation
The closest Metrolink station is about a half a mile and 10 minutes away at Union Station. There is an elevator at the end of the platform to take you up to street level.
From the elevator, walk straight with the parking lot on your left and a small police substation on your right. Follow the sidewalk to turn right out of the lot and then left to follow the sidewalk along 18th Street. The street will be on your right, the Aquarium and hotel on your left. When you reach the corner, turn left and follow the sidewalk down Market Street in front of the hotel. There is a circle drive with a valet stand here so be careful of traffic in the drive. You’ll cross 20th Street, which might be closed for a block party. It’s also easiest to cross Market Street here toward the stadium.
Once across Market and 20th, you’ll be at Energizer Park. There are several entrances, including one on that corner. There are several stairs up to the stadium, but there is also a ramp on the Market side. The ADA-accessible entrance is located at the Northeast entrance at Olive and 20th Street.
Tickets and Will Call
CITY SC tickets are available through SeatGeek. Please be advised that ALL ticketing goes through the CITY app. Energizer Park is a cashless facility. No paper tickets are available even at the box office.
Box Office Information:
The ticket office is located on the SE corner of Market Street near the Team Store. Also known as the Lou Fusz Plaza.
Hours: The box office will be open (2) hours prior to kick-off. The box office will close after the first half of the match.
Payment Methods: We accept VISA, Mastercard, Discover, American Express. We will NOT accept cash as a method of payment anywhere in CITYPARK.
Ticket Purchases: All patrons over the age of 2 will require a ticket to enter the venue. Children 2 and younger will be admitted without a ticket, however they will not have a seat of their own and must sit with an adult 18+.
Walk-up Ticket Sales: Tickets will NOT be available at the box office windows on the day of the event. If tickets remain, they would be made available for purchase online only at seatgeek.com. Ticket box office windows will be for ticket resolution only.
Seating
Fans who require accessible seating are permitted to purchase tickets for accessible seats. This may include people who use wheelchairs, those who use other mobility devices, and people who cannot climb steps or walk long distances. Tickets for accessible seats may be sold to individuals who require accessible seating themselves or to someone purchasing on their behalf.
PURCHASING SINGLE MATCH ADA TICKETS
ADA tickets can be purchased online at SeatGeek.com, the official ticketing partner of STL CITY SC. ADA tickets are labeled as accessible seating through the online virtual venue and will go on sale through the same channels following the same timeline as other seating options.
Audio Description Devices
All audio description will be presented exclusively through the LiveVoice app. It is advisable to download the app to your personal phone or table prior to arrival and turn on the location. CLICK HERE FOR LIVEVOICE INFORMATION Please bring your own headphones or earbuds for your device.
Once inside the stadium, the match name will appear in the LiveVoice app. Just click the name to get to the description player. Alternatively, visit guest services to receive a code to input for each match. Please note that the codes will change for every match.
A very limited number of devices will be available to borrow for each match for those who do not have access to a phone or tablet. To ensure there is a device available for you, please RESERVE one in advance at the bottom of the Audio Description Events page. CLICK HERE TO RESERVE A DEVICE
Tactiles
A limited number of simple take-home tactile items are available. Visit the MindsEye ambassador at guest services to pick one up.
Restrooms
Restrooms in Energizer Park are accessible. Inside the CITY SC app there is map of the stadium that will give you walking directions. Screen reader testing pending.
Food & Beverage
