This Know-Before-You-Go guide is meant to help you plan for your upcoming visit to Enterprise Center for an audio described event. For questions related to audio description services, email AD@mindseyeradio.org.

Location
Enterprise Center is located at 1401 Clark Ave, St. Louis, MO 63103.
Guests visiting Enterprise Center may approach the facility from a variety of directions.
There are three public entrances at Enterprise Center: T-Mobile Entrance (Gate 1) is located on the west end of the arena; Hall of Fame Plaza (Gate 2) is located on the south end of the arena; and Ford Entrance (Gate 3) is located on the east end of the arena. Doors open one hour prior to most events.
Parking
Accessible parking is available throughout the surrounding garages and parking lots. The garage is situated immediately west of Enterprise Center and features 24 parking spaces for guests with disabilities located throughout the facility on all levels next to the elevators. Spaces featuring accessibility for oversized vans are available on the first level of the garage. Spaces in the garage are pre-sold on a season ticket basis for St. Louis Blues games and are available on a first-come, first-served basis for other events.
Call-a-Ride, Ride Shares, Taxi
A drop-off location for guests with disabilities is located on Clark Ave. at the south end of the building. Shuttles and busses should drop off passengers on 14th Street at the east end of the building. In addition, all three street-level entrances and exits are accessible for guests.
Public Transportation
Exit MetroLink at the Civic Center Station (just off 14th & Spruce Streets). Walk north along the sidewalk parallel to 14th Street for about two minutes. Enterprise Center will be directly in front of you. Cross Clark Street. You can enter Gate 2 along Clark or continue along 14th Street to enter at Gate 3.

Audio Description Devices
Pick up AD listening devices at Enterprise Center Guest Services Center, located on the north side of the Plaza concourse across from Portal 19 next to one of the Team Stores.
A MindsEye representative will need an ID to exchange for the device. We will keep your ID during the performance and return it to you when you return the device after the performance. AD receivers are small, handheld devices. They have a standard size headphone jack, and you are strongly encouraged to bring your own headphones. Sanitized headphones can also be provided at no cost. These headsets are yours to take with you and bring back next time.
Restrooms
All restroom facilities at Enterprise Center are accessible.
Service Animal Policy
All service animals are permitted at Enterprise Center. Please notify your ticket seller at the time of purchase so that an aisle seat may be selected for you if you desire to accommodate your service animal.
Bag Policy
For safety and speed of entry purposes, we strongly encourage guests not to bring bags of any kind to games and events at Enterprise Center.
Backpacks, coolers, hard-sided bags, luggage, and any bag over 16”x 16” are strictly prohibited.
All bags entering Enterprise Center, including purses and medical/childcare bags, must go through x-ray screening to be allowed in.
Bringing a bag could add 30 minutes or more to your entry process. Clutches no larger than 4” x 6” x 1.5” are permitted after visual inspection and will not be subject to x-ray screening.
