Location
The KPAC Ross Family Theatre is at the corner of South Taylor Avenue and Monroe Avenue in downtown Kirkwood at 210 E. Monroe Ave. Kirkwood MO, 63122.
Parking
There is ample on-site parking available at the Kirkwood Performing Arts Center. The parking lot is accessible from E. Monroe Avenue. If you’re driving from Kirkwood Avenue, turning onto Monroe, you will pass the Performing Arts Center on your right, and then the entrance to the parking lot is just past the building on your right.
Call-a-Ride, Ride Shares, Taxi
Vehicles can pull into the parking lot and drop patrons off at the main entrance.
Public Transportation
Take Bus 49 to Kirkwood at Monroe southbound. Walk north (the direction you came from) to the stoplight at West Monroe and turn right to cross the street over to East Monroe. Continue east until you arrive at KPAC on your right. The walk is about 0.2 miles and takes about three minutes.
Tickets and Will Call
If you enter the building from the parking lot, the box office is to your left almost directly behind you.
Audio Description Devices
Pick up your audio description device next to the box office, which will be to your immediate left when you enter the building.
A MindsEye Ambassador will need an ID to exchange for the device. We will keep your ID during the performance and return it to you when you return the device after the performance. AD receivers are small, handheld devices. They have a standard size headphone jack, and you are strongly encouraged to bring your own headphones. Sanitized headphones can also be provided at no cost. These headsets are yours to take with you and bring back next time.
Restrooms
If you enter from the parking lot, walk straight across the lobby, passing two entrances to the theater and the wide stairs to the second level on your left. Straight ahead is a concession stand. Restrooms are in a hallway to the left. They are marked with Braille signs; the women’s is first, then the men’s, both on the right side.
Service Animal Policy
Guide Dogs and Service Dogs are welcome at KPAC. Please let the box office know when purchasing your ticket(s) so an aisle seat is selected to accommodate your guide or service dog.
