This Know-Before-You-Go guide is meant to help you plan for your upcoming visit to Robert Reim Theater for an audio described event. For questions related to audio description services, email AD@mindseyeradio.org.

Location
Robert Reim Theater is located at 111 S Geyer Rd, Kirkwood, MO 63122.
Parking
There is ample on-site parking available at the Robert Reim Theater. The parking lot is accessible from S. Geyer Rd.
Call-a-Ride, Ride Shares, Taxi
Vehicles can pull into the parking lot and drop patrons off at the main entrance.
Public Transportation
There is no Metrolink station near Robert Reim Theatre. The nearest Metrobus stops are the #56 at Big Bend and Geyer or the #49 at Kirkwood and Adams. From the #56 westbound, Walk 1.1 miles north on S. Geyer Road. You will cross W. Rose Hill Avenues, W. Woodbine Avenue, and a set of double railroad tracks at Monroe Place before crossing West Monroe Ave. This will put Kirkwood Community Center’s outdoor pools on your left. Once you’ve passed the pools, there will be a driveway on your left that will lead you to the Robert Reim Theater just behind the Kirkwood Aquatic Center. From the #49 Southbound, walk south along Old Route 66 for two blocks crossing East Jefferson Avenue. Turn right on W. Argonne Drive for four blocks crossing Clay Avenue, Harrison Avenue, Van Buren Avenue, and Geyer Road. Once you’ve crossed Geyer, turn left and follow the sidewalk past the ice rinks to the theater.
Tickets and Will Call
If you enter the building from the parking lot, the box office is to your right.
Audio Description Devices
You may pick up your audio description device next to the box office, which will be to your immediate right when you enter the building.
A MindsEye representative will need an ID to exchange for the device. We will keep your ID during the performance and return it to you when you return the device after the performance. AD receivers are small, handheld devices. They have a standard size headphone jack, and you are strongly encouraged to bring your own headphones. Sanitized headphones can also be provided at no cost. These headsets are yours to take with you and bring back next time.
Restrooms
If you enter from the parking lot, the women’s room will be to your left and the men’s room to your right.
Service Animal Policy
Guide Dogs and Service Dogs are welcome at The Robert Reim. Please let the box office know when purchasing your ticket(s) so an aisle seat is selected to accommodate your guide or service dog.
