Public Transportation

There are two MetroLink stops within walking distance of the Museum. The Skinker Station is approximately 0.8 of a mile from the Museum, a fifteen-minute walk. Walk south along Skinker past Lindell.  Turn left onto Lagoon for .3 miles and then turn right onto Fine Arts Drive at the Edward Bates Statue.  This will take you to the Glen passing in front of the Art Museum.

The Forest Park DeBaliviere Station is the closest Metrolink stop to the Festival from either the Blue or the Red line. – 25 min. walk. From there, take Hampton Bus 90 to Fine Arts @ Art Museum. It is at the intersection of DeBaliviere Avenue and Forest Park Parkway just north of Forest Park. To walk from there, you will cross Forest Park Parkway and Lindell and walk around the History Museum on either side and then veer right onto Lagoon Drive. The Tennis Center will be on your left.  This will wind around the Grand Basin.  Veer to the left onto Fine Arts Drive which goes around Art Hill.  This will take you directly to the Glen.

Please note that you can cut through the park but there are multiple paths, many with poor or no lighting. Cutting through also puts Post-Dispatch Lake between you and the museum and many paths are quite close to the water with no railing.
