This Know-Before-You-Go guide is meant to help you plan for your upcoming visit to Stifel Theatre for an audio described event. For questions related to audio description services, email AD@mindseyeradio.org.

Location

Stifel Theatre is located at 1400 Market St, St. Louis, MO 63103.

Parking

Parking lots located near the theatre are not owned or operated by Stifel Theatre.  CLICK HERE FOR AN INTERACTIVE PARKING MAP. ADA street parking is located on 15th and 14th Streets, between Market and Chestnut. ADA license plates or hang tag required. This parking is limited.

Call-a-Ride, Ride Shares, Taxi

Drop off at the corner of 15th and Market for accessible entrance.

Public Transportation

The nearest Metrolink stop is the Civic Center. The walk is about five minutes and is 0.2 miles. Walk north along the sidewalk parallel to 14th Street. Enterprise Center will be directly in front of you. Cross Clark Street with Enterprise on your left, walking past to Stifel. This is the side of the building so you will have to walk along 14th Street to Market Street and turn left to get to the front of the building.

Tickets and Will Call

The Stifel Theatre Box Office is open on event days only. Will call tickets can be picked up on the day of the event at the Stifel Theatre Box Office inside the lobby. FOR TICKETS: Call the Stifel Accessibility Hotline at 314-622-5420 and reference MindsEye to be seated in the description area.

Audio Description Devices

You may pick up devices in the lobby near Guest Services.

A MindsEye representative will need an ID to exchange for the device.  We will keep your ID during the performance and return it to you when you return the device after the performance. AD receivers are small, handheld devices.  They have a standard size headphone jack, and you are strongly encouraged to bring your own headphones.  Sanitized headphones can also be provided at no cost.  These headsets are yours to take with you and bring back next time.

Restrooms

Accessible restrooms on the ground floor are located inside the Kiel Club. There are also accessible restrooms on the Loge and Mezzanine levels. The restrooms in the main ticket lobby are not accessible.

Service Animal Policy

Service animals are welcome at Stifel Theatre. Please let the box office know if your service animal will be attending an event when you purchase tickets to make sure you are seated appropriately. Call the Stifel Accessibility Hotline at 314-622-5420
