Soiree Day!
Hey guys, Paul here to bring you everything you need to know about MindsEye’s 2024 Soiree. I hope you’re excited because we can’t wait to share this magical evening with all of you!
First off, let’s get the basics out of the way;
- Where: The Soiree will again be at the Chase Park Plaza on the 11th floor. If you were there last year, you’ll remember how beautiful it was.
- When: March 8, 2024, from 6:00 to 10:00.
- Cost: $200 per ticket
Now that we’ve covered the essentials, join me, as I guide you through the evening’s festivities.
Cocktail Hour
The doors open at 6:00 that evening, and you’ll walk into the illustrious Chase Park Plaza directly across from the elevator that will take you to the 11th floor, you’ll find a table where you will check in, ask any questions you might have and get set up with GalaBid if you haven’t already.
Once you’ve made your way upstairs, you’ll be ushered into the Zodiac ballroom, where you will enjoy an open bar, live entertainment by jazz duo “Blind Ambition,” carnival games as well as peruse an assortment of enticing items from our silent auction.
Dinner and Program
At 7:00, you’ll be welcomed into the Starlight ballroom, where you’ll be seated and served your chosen meal before the evening’s program begins. Make sure to leave room for dessert; I promise you, they’re amazing.
After dessert, the program will begin, where we’ll have a very special announcement along with updates, awards, and, of course, our live auction.

- Rita Howells – MindsEye Friend and Former Board Members

After-Party
The program should be completed at around 9:00, which leaves another hour for more mingling, more music with DJ Rail Durrty, and, of course, a few more drinks. Once 10:00 rolls around, that will mark the end of the evening and, we hope, you’ll have had a spectacular time enjoying the celebration and festivities.
FAQ
Where do I park?
Parking validation passes will be supplied for both valet and garage self-parking. The valet entrance is on Kingshighway just North of Lindell. The garage entrance is on Maryland Plaza, the street running along the North side of the hotel. When you enter the garage, take your ticket, and continue past the reserved valet spots. General parking begins on the green level, where you’ll find a door directly into the Chase.
What should I wear?
The dress for the evening is formal, black tie optional. Complimentary coat check will be available, however, if you plan on stepping onto the balcony, you might want to hold onto it.
What does the ticket cover?
The ticket is all inclusive and covers valet, seat, dinner and drinks.
Will there be sighted guides?
Yes, we will have sighted guides available to guide anyone who is blind or partially sighted.
